Therefore, we always focus on building a professional management and staff team to help the company grow stronger. The company objectively evaluates the contributions of each member to help employees recognize their role in shaping the company’s culture, promoting continuous learning, creativity, diligence, and integrity.
The company operates a 44-hour workweek.
– Holiday, leave, and other leave policies comply with the Labor Code regulations.
– KENSEI employees are required to wear the company uniform and strictly adhere to company discipline, as outlined below:
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and internal unity to complete all assigned tasks effectively.
- Strictly follow job assignments and directives from superiors.
- Report tasks fully and truthfully. If facing difficulties, seek guidance from superiors for timely solutions.
- Do not use the company's name for personal purposes. Fraudulent actions in labor and operations that cause damage to company property and interests are strictly prohibited.
- Any form of disclosure of information, unauthorized removal of documents from the office, or sharing of company information outside the company without consent from superiors is prohibited.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the company’s business affairs.
- Personal income is based on the performance evaluations by direct leadership and higher-level assessments; therefore, personal income must not be disclosed.
Allowances:
– The company provides various allowances to support employees in fulfilling their tasks, including meal allowances, phone allowances, travel allowances, etc.
