1. INTERIOR DESIGN SPECIALIST - QUANTITY: 01

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Directly interact with clients and the sales department to gather requirements, create interior and exterior design concepts, and advise clients on suitable design styles.

- Survey the current condition of the project site.

- Develop layout concepts and 3D renderings of interior spaces.

- Prepare technical drawings according to standards and regulations.

- Be creative in interior design, update new materials based on trends, and explore new construction methods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

- Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.

- Responsible for the project during the design phase, supervising production and construction.

- Complete tasks on time, ensuring quality and compliance with standards and regulations.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members and other departments.

- Ability to work with and interact with clients.

 

2. PROJECT ARCHITECT - QUANTITY: 02
